Talent Pool & Consent

The Verified Talent Pool lets approved companies discover builders with proven results in Nepher tournaments and hackathons. Builders are always in control: nothing is shared until you opt in, and contact details are shared only if you say you are open to opportunities.

For Builders

Consent Settings

Manage your settings at nepher.ai/account/opportunities. All options are off by default.

Setting	Effect
Visible to verified talent pool	Lists you in the talent pool for approved companies
Open to opportunities	Shares your contact details and preferred work types with approved companies, and allows interview requests
Public skill profile	Makes your skill profile publicly viewable

You can also choose preferred work types: full-time, contract, consulting, research, deployment support.

What Companies See

Visible, not open to opportunities	Your display name, badge tier, and win counts only
Visible and open to opportunities	The above, plus email, contact links, and preferred work types

Only builders with at least one win appear in the pool. Contact always goes through your Nepher Account — EnvHub and other products never expose your email.

Badges

Badge tiers are earned from combined wins:

Total wins	Badge
1–4	Expert
5–9	Master
10+	Grandmaster

A tournament win is an approved podium place (1st–3rd). A hackathon win is a first-place finish. Your total appears as Nepher wins on your account dashboard.

For Companies

1. Request access through nepher.ai/enterprise/contact (choose Request Verified Talent Pool access) or from nepher.ai/enterprise/talent-pool.
2. A Nepher admin reviews the request. While pending, the roster stays locked.
3. Once approved, you can browse the roster. Contact actions appear only for builders who are open to opportunities.

Interview requests can only be sent to builders who have opted in to opportunities.
