Enterprise Overview
Nepher Enterprise is built for teams shipping robotics in the real world — manufacturers of quadrupeds, humanoids, manipulators, and autonomous mobile robots who need strong, reproducible policies without building an internal RL lab. You define the policy or problem — Nepher runs the competition or validation, delivers the agent, and you hire the people who solved it.

From Idea to Deployed Agent
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Define requirements | Submit specifications, or simply describe the goal in natural language |
| 2. Rapid prototyping | A preliminary simulation with nearest-match assets proves feasibility immediately |
| 3. Concept review | Initial training data and simulation behavior are analyzed to confirm direction |
| 4. High-fidelity modeling | Exact-match digital twins of your hardware and physical environment are engineered |
| 5. Precision training | The policy is re-trained inside the bespoke environment for real-world accuracy |
| 6. Deployment | You download the finalized sim-to-real agent and validate it on physical hardware |
You skip complex Isaac Lab configuration entirely — describe the goal in plain English and go straight to training.
Operated by Nepher
There is no self-serve console for creating tournaments, hackathons, or validation runs. Every engagement is scoped and operated by the Nepher team, which keeps hidden tests and scoring independent of sponsors.
Two Pipelines
Hire & Solve
Turn a robotics problem into delivered policies and verified hires (nepher.ai/enterprise/hire-and-solve):
| Offering | What you get |
|---|---|
| Custom tournament | A tournament built around your robot and task. Winning policies, checkpoints, and code are delivered to you. |
| Custom hackathon | A time-boxed innovation event around your challenge statement |
| Policy validation | Independent evaluation of your own policy on Nepher's pipeline — see Policy Validation |
| Talent discovery | Access to builders with proven tournament and hackathon results — see Talent Pool & Consent |
How it works: Describe the problem → Scope with our team → Nepher hosts it → Review results & hire.
Brand & Credibility
Build visibility and trust with the robotics community (nepher.ai/enterprise/brand-and-credibility):
| Offering | What you get |
|---|---|
| Tournament sponsorship | Your logo on the task repo, leaderboard, and winner announcement |
| Hackathon sponsorship | Your logo, a company challenge statement, and an optional recruitment track |
| Benchmark sponsorship | A co-branded benchmark on EnvHub |
| Nepher Verified | An independent simulation credential for your robot or policy — see Nepher Verified |

Security & Privacy
Custom requests execute asset design and training in-house under NDA with air-gapped security protocols. Client data and resulting IP are kept confidential, and hidden test suites and seeds are never exposed to participants or sponsors.
Strategic Partners
Bring a real robot task: Nepher turns it into an Isaac Lab environment and runs a tournament that produces a deployable policy. The first strategic partners can have the tournament sponsored at no cost when the task is sufficiently valuable as a public benchmark. Reach out at nepher.ai/enterprise/contact or contact@nepher.ai.
